Author Guidelines

1. General Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  • Articles must follow the journal template provided.

  • Use A4 paper, single-column layout, and Times or Times New Roman font (11 pt).

  • Do not add headers, footers, or page numbers.

  • Manuscripts must be submitted in DOC/DOCX format.


2. Title and Author Format

  • Title: 17 pt, Times Bold, aligned to the left. Only the first word capitalized (Title Case).

  • Authors: Use initials followed by the surname, e.g., J A Smith, A B Tan. Separate authors with commas, and use "and" before the last author.

  • Affiliations: Include full institutional names and countries. Use superscripts to indicate affiliation if authors are from different institutions.

  • Corresponding author: Indicated with an asterisk (*) and email listed clearly.


3. Abstract and Keywords

  • Abstract must be written in one paragraph, no more than 200 words, using 10 pt font, indented 25 mm from the left.

  • Do not include references, equations, or figures in the abstract.

  • Keywords: Include at least 3 keywords, separated by commas.


4. Main Text Format

  • Use 11 pt Times or Times New Roman, single spacing, justified.

  • First paragraph after a heading: no indentation.

  • Subsequent paragraphs: indent first line by 5 mm.

Section Headings

  • Section: 11 pt, bold, numbered (1., 2., ...), one line space before.

  • Subsection: 11 pt, italic, numbered (2.1, 2.2, ...), one line space before.

  • Subsubsection: 11 pt, italic, numbered (2.1.1, ...), run into the paragraph text.


5. Figures and Tables

Figures

  • Numbered sequentially (e.g., Figure 1, Figure 2).

  • Captions are placed below the figure, 6 pt spacing, and end with a period.

  • Use appropriate resolution and avoid very thin lines.

  • Color figures are allowed for online version; consider grayscale clarity for print.

Tables

  • Numbered sequentially (e.g., Table 1, Table 2).

  • Captions are placed above the table and justified.

  • Use only horizontal lines (no vertical lines).

  • Font size may be reduced if needed to fit the page.

  • Use alphabetical superscripts (a, b, c...) for notes.


6. Equations

  • Use Equation Editor or MathType with fonts matching the main text (11 pt).

  • Equations should be centered; long equations may be left-aligned and indented.

  • Number equations consecutively (e.g., (1), (2)) and refer to them in the text as "equation (1)".


7. Footnotes

  • Use footnotes only when necessary and keep them brief.

  • Avoid excessive use of footnotes within the manuscript body.


8. References

  • Use the Vancouver numerical style.

  • Citations should appear in square brackets (e.g., [1], [2]).

  • List references in order of appearance in the text.

  • Use italic for journal titles, bold for volume numbers, and plain Roman for page numbers.

  • Include DOI or preprint information if available.

  • For more than 10 authors, list the first author followed by "et al."


9. Appendices

  • Appendices should appear after the main text and before the references.

  • Label them as Appendix A, B, etc.

  • Equations, figures, and tables in appendices should be labeled accordingly (e.g., Equation A.1, Figure A1).


10. Acknowledgments

  • Place acknowledgments after the conclusion and before the references.

  • Include funding sources, contributor names, or technical support.


11. Copyright

  • Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

  • Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right to publish.
