Publication Ethic
Journal of Management and Business Analytics upholds the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against any publication malpractices. The publication of an article in this journal is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and the institutions that support them. The journal adheres to the principles and guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Our ethic statements are based on COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.

This section outlines the ethical expectations for authors, editors, and reviewers involved in the publication process.
Duties of Authors

Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure that their work is entirely original and properly cite the work and/or words of others. All submissions are screened for plagiarism.

Data Accuracy: Authors should present accurate data and a truthful account of the research conducted.

Multiple Submissions: Manuscripts must not be submitted to more than one journal simultaneously.

Authorship: Only individuals who have made significant contributions to the research and writing should be listed as authors.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or other conflicts of interest that may influence their work.

Correction of Errors: If an author discovers a significant error in a published article, they are obligated to promptly notify the editor and cooperate in correcting or retracting the paper.
Duties of Editors

Publication Decision: Editors are responsible for deciding which submitted manuscripts should be published.

Fair Review: Editors must ensure that all manuscripts are evaluated fairly, based on academic merit without discrimination.

Confidentiality: Editors must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.

Conflict of Interest: Editors should not use unpublished information for their own research without the author’s written consent.
Duties of Reviewers

Contribution to Editorial Decision: Peer reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions and may also help authors improve their manuscripts.

Confidentiality: Manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents.

Objectivity: Reviews should be conducted objectively, with clear and constructive feedback.

Acknowledgement of Sources: Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors.

Conflict of Interest: Reviewers should decline to review manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest.
